I step boldly into the spotlight in this little corner of the web.

Blogging – the act of typing words that will be published, usually, in a massively public forum to be discoverable and discovered by humans and bots alike for millennia to come, is simple. Writing in a coherent, comprehensible and compelling fashion is difficult. I accept that challenge.

Sharing thoughts (random detritus produced by the brain), ideas (the preceding detritus with a semblance of logical structure overlaid), and feelings (typically not the brain in any way) is difficult to varying to degrees.  Realizing that those who read this, those humans and bots alike, are welcome to offer their opinions on those thoughts, ideas and feelings is terrifying at first glance but then, is acceptable. I accept that everyone has thoughts opinions.  And ask that you accept mine in return.

My efforts here, my typing out loud, as it were, are for me.  And you, if you choose to accept them.  They aren’t likely to change the world in a noticeable way, but they will change the conversation between you and me.  And that is what they are intended to do.
